About Us

Founded in 2008, Alpine Bible Church has grown from a small Bible study to a thriving community focused on equipping disciples and planting churches throughout Utah, with a vision for local and global ministry expansion.

History of Alpine Bible Church

Alpine Bible Church started in 2008 as a Bible study hosted in a member’s home. In 2009, we established a lease where we had more room to accommodate additional attendees. After several more moves, we purchased a local bar that was no longer in business and built out that space over a year. In 2013, we opened the doors, and that has been our home ever since.

Ministries

Alpine Bible Church is made up of hundreds of members. We believe in equipping our congregation to be missionally minded, which means living out the Gospel on a daily basis. Alpine Bible has developed internal ministries to help our church members grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. These include Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Small Groups, Christianity 101 & 102 courses, and more. Additionally, we serve our local community through a food pantry and community development programs. Internationally, we partner with and support various ministries throughout the world, including ministries in Asia and Africa.

The Need

Alpine Bible Church is strategically located in the city of Lehi in Utah County where only 0.5% of the population attends an Biblical Christian church. Seemingly against all odds, Alpine has steadily expanded as a church body and has continued to add more community outreach opportunities along the way. Alpine has outgrown its current location, and we are unable to develop further on our current property. We are in need of land and a new building to accommodate the growth we are experiencing and provide better spaces for our Food Pantry ministry, community clothing drives, and more.

Heart of Ministry

Our vision is to see healthy disciples and healthy churches flourishing in every Utah town. Rather than be a mega church, we want to be a multiplying church. We see a building as a tool to be used for God’s glory. Our dream for the near future is to build a facility that can accommodate up to 400 people. This will help us better equip disciples of all ages and multiply churches throughout the state to serve even more communities.

To better equip ministry workers, we have launched a fully accredited seminary that will operate right here in Lehi. Graduates receive a Master of Divinity upon completion.

Lastly, our vision includes continually expanding both our local and global mission opportunities. In addition to the various ministries we support throughout the year, we also began church-planting network which focuses on training ministry leaders and supporting Utah ministry. The goal of this network is to establish a healthy Biblical church in every Utah town through revitalization and planting new churches.
