Our Mission

Our mission is to make disciples who love Jesus and love others.

Jesus created his church to fulfill a purpose. We find this purpose in the great commission and the great commandment.

The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20): “Go into the world and make disciples of all nations…”

The Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37,39): “…Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind… 39You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

Our Values

As we fulfill our mission, we emphasize five values to help us maintain a healthy culture in our church community.

Know Christ (Philippians 3:10)

God created us for relationships, and the most important relationship is the one you have with your Creator. You were made to know Him and glorify Him with your life. It is through a growing relationship with God that you will live a fulfilling life that blesses others.

Speak Biblical Truth in Love (Ephesians 4:15)

God cares about the truth we share and the way in which we share it. This is why we open our Bibles to learn and our hearts to love. Truth is not intended to just impart information for our minds, but it should also produce transformation in our lives.

Care for Every Soul (1 Corinthians 9:22)

One of the greatest privileges we have is to show our love for the Lord through the way we care for others. It is our privilege and calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus. This means we meet people where they are, love them as Jesus would love them, and help them take their next step with the Lord.

Be Devoted to One Another (Romans 12:10)

The beauty of the early church was demonstrated in their devotion to the Lord and to each other. Everyone needs a meaningful and healthy community in which to belong. There should be no better community than God’s community of people living out His purpose in their lives.

Impact the World (Acts 1:8)

We exist to give ourselves away for the glory of God to the benefit of others. Jesus sent his church to live on mission to the ends of the earth to share the love of God and his Gospel. We strive to live each day by doing for one what we hope to do for everyone.

Our Vision

Our vision is to multiply healthy disciples and healthy churches throughout Utah. We will do this by:

  • Reaching the lost through our ongoing relational evangelism opportunities.
  • Discipling Believers through small groups within our church.
  • Training leaders through our intentional leadership training programs and seminary.
  • Planting churches. Our goal is to plant 5 new churches in 5 years through our platform Advance Utah.
  • Building a new church building by winter of 2025 to accommodate our growing congregation.
