The Classics
This group is open to anyone 55+ years old. We meet at the church every Thursday at 3pm for small group bible study, where we worship through song, study, and prayer. This group also gathers at 1:30pm on the third Sunday of each month for a fellowship lunch (various locations are announced in the bulletin.)
This group spends a lot of time caring for one another through prayer, service, encouragement, and love, especially for those who don’t have a support system nearby. If you are interested in more information about The Classics, please contact Pastor Wayne Staker at 801-885-8719.
Wayne Staker
Wayne was born and raised in Utah and, except for a few months in the Seattle area, has lived in Utah his whole life. He was saved at 30 years of age and has spent over 37 years learning and growing in the Lord through various churches and ministries. He led a church in the Saratoga Springs/Lehi areas for 10 years and has attended Alpine Bible since that church closed. His main ministry is to the seniors at ABC whom he cares for deeply and loves to minister to and with.
