Welcome to the website of Alpine Bible Church (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at www.alpinebible.com and our mobile applications for iOS and Android (together with the website, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and ministry-related purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, accounts, or systems.
Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Site or its infrastructure.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

Accounts

Administrative accounts are available only to invited church staff and volunteers. If you are given an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your Submissions

When you submit information through a form (such as a contact message, prayer request, story, or survey), you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submissions made through our website forms are handled with care by our staff and volunteers, but please do not submit confidential, sensitive financial, or health information. By submitting content, you grant us permission to use it for the ministry purpose for which it was provided.

Community Content and Conduct

Our mobile app includes a prayer wall where the prayer requests and replies you post are publicly visible to other app users after they are reviewed by our staff. The name you choose to display is shown with your post. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a public post.

You are responsible for the content you post. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content — including anything harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or spam. All posts are subject to our Community Guidelines. We pre-moderate content, and we may decline, remove, or hide any content and restrict or block any user who violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines, at our discretion and without notice. The app provides tools to report objectionable content and to block another user; we act on reports promptly, typically within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site — including text, sermons, audio, video, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Alpine Bible Church and is protected by applicable laws. You may view, download, and share content for personal, non-commercial, and ministry use with attribution. You may not republish or redistribute content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Giving and Donations

Donations made through links on the Site are processed by third-party giving platforms, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Gifts to the church are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Content is offered for informational and spiritual encouragement and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Bible Church and its staff, volunteers, and leaders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of- law rules.
